Pretty Pictures Version 06.05.09

Sorry to have missed you last weekend, Danny B. And to have missed you wearing The District's purple glitter platform boots at the P-Rat. It was good talking to you drunky on the phone, though. Here are some Pretty Pictures for you to make up for it: Bat for Lashes with "Daniel."

Happy Brithday to Ya

Sister Disco! Last night/this morning was a lot of fun. I'm glad I went out and stayed out with you, Timmy, Tisha K., The Jayhawk, and The District. Not so glad with the major overhang/remnant-drunkyness this morning or that I did that birthday shot (even though it was scrumptiously deelishuss [who knew you could make a shot that tastes like sweet tea?]). But glad I got to ring in your new year with you. Good times. Happy birthday, friend.

(And looky who shares your birthday. You in good company, friend.)

Pretty Pictures Version 06.02.09

No comment on today's Pretty Pictures other than that they're pretty darned good. Glasgow does it, again. Sparrow and the Workshop with "Devil Song."

Oh, Crab!

This made me giggle. I totally agree that the hermit crab should be the official mascot of summer. It reminded me of my little pet hermit crab who lasted all of like 2 days with us one summer. My sister and I named him Der Popo after the hermit crab drawing that was used to show what the word “butt/booty/behind” is in German in this kids’ language book we had. Ahh...Erinnerungen...

I Need a Hero!

Me likey the chin. And me lovey the red! Come on, T-Mobile. Make it happen.

Update!: It appears that my Hero's gonna shack up with AT&T for a little while. Still won't make me switch. But T-Mobile will still be Magic(al).

Update to the update!: Everything's more Magic(al) in merlot.
