Tom Sietsema's latest review of the restaurant (which is truly one our favorite spots in town -- I mean, really, the pig alone is reason enough to go and like it there) made me giggle and just about shed a tear of joy. Welcome to Guasington, Giovanna! And congratulations to you and to Mio for the great review. Looks like 2012 will be a good (and yummy) year, indeed.
