Can be wrong. The Senate's passed a bill that would delay the digital TV transition until June 12. All because the vast minority of the minority of TV viewers couldn't get their act together to get them Government coupons to buy converter boxes for their old sets. Talk about procrastination nation and waste of taxpayer dollars trying to educate the masses. Come late May we'll be talking about another 4-month delay for October.
