Write Food Reviews; Will Travel

I love how Mark Bittman has a crappy kitchen just like the rest of us. But why bother investing in a kitchen with all the fancy-arse bells and whistles when you can travel and eat some of the best food in the world? Especially when you get to do it with Mario Battali, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Claudia Bassols? I'd never bother cooking if I had it like that. But I'd still cram my kitchen with all of the cooking goodies I could possibly afford (dollar and space wise) anyway. Just ask the Jayhawk.
