It's Ziggy!

The New Yorker explains its cartoons. I've never found any of them funny. But I'm sure I'm not as smart as the people who write and/or read The New Yorker. Like Elaine and Jerry and Mr. Peterman. Now they were smart. Or maybe it's because they're humor was that much whiter than mine will ever be. Yeah, I like that explanation better.
