For my friend, Héctor Carabias, that is. He's been nominated for the Best Nouveau Chef Award* by hosteleriasalamanca.es. I met Héctor back in the Spring of 2000. He was only a waiter back then at his dad's restaurant and helped convince me to buy a painting at 3ayem one drunky night. "Oh, my little drunky. You are the drunkiest..."
